Monsters, Quilts, and More! Another Customer Sharing Day!

Me and My Monsters created by Leisha Farnsworth for her nieces and nephews. How fun!
Of course they were a hit!  These little monsters sleep inside their own quilt pocket.
This adorable pattern comes with the mini monster pattern as well as the quilt pattern. The Mini Monster is a perfect carry around buddy - and he even has his own little sleep pocket on the quilt.
This quilt was designed by Kim of  Kimberbell.  You can find it in our shop patterns.
Helen Wium created this adorable quilt with the Urban Zoologie Ponies Bundle.  The pattern is Cluck Cluck Cluck's  Juice Boxes.  We love it Helen!  Thanks for sharing.

Kris Allen is a first time quilter.  This is her first quilt!  We love the Daisy Cottage Fabrics.   A beautiful mix of colors.  The sashing is from AdornIt Vintage line - tiny tonal checks.  Love this vintage look!
Kris is also a new machine quilter.  She did an awesome job!  Here is a close up.  Thank you Kris for sharing your first project with us.  Keep scrolling down to see one of her next projects.
Urban Zoologie Owls have been one of our best sellers.  This baby rag quilt was created by Nikki Strasser.   We love the Remix coordinates you chose for this quilt.  Thanks Nikki for sharing this with us!
Quick and Easy Table Runner above made with the Blitzen Fabrics by BasicGrey.
This Table Runner was created by Ramona Fonnespeck with the Merry Medley Fabrics by Sandy Gervais.
Over the holiday, Leisha and her friend, Ramona,  made the 10 minute table topper.  Ok maybe it takes a little longer than 10 minutes, but they are super fast and easy to make.  Just a half yard and a third yard of two coordinating fabrics.  Great for quick holiday projects.
The original pattern is from the Utah State Univ Extension Service can be found here: CLICK HERE
If you just Google Ten Minute Table Runner or Topper you will find many links and ideas.

As you all know Leisha is our in house machine quilter.  What you may not know is she recently taught several very young girls to sew!  I think the age was about 10.  They made disappearing 9 patch quilts. This quilt was pieced by one of the 10 year-old girls with the help of her mom Jill Banham.  Wonderful job!  Great color combinations too!  Leisha Farnsworth of Quilting It machine quilted this fun quilt.  You can follow Leisha on her facebook page Quilting It!  She has hundreds of quilts pictured there created by her customers.

This wonderful quilt was created by LaReen Zollinger.  Love Love Love this LaReen!  LaReen sews more quilts than anyone I know.  You can find several of her quilts on Leisha's facebook page.  This quilt was made with Sweetwaters Reunion fabric collection.

Sandra quickly pieced this wonderful Vroom quilt for her niece.  The fabric is all ready printed - you just add the borders.  The Vroom Collection was designed by Lesley Grainger for Robert Kaufman.  We love it when we come across a wonderful boys collection.  Cute quilt Sandra!

What can you do with a half-square triangle?  We need a blog day or two devoted to the half-square triangle! This awesome and simply gorgeous quilt was pieced by LaReen Zollinger.  She incorporated a variety of fabrics.  Click on the pictures for a close up.  Isn't this just stunning!  Leisha this quilting is lovely - especially the detail in the border.  LaReen - you have a wonderful eye for color and pattern.  This is just perfect!
Another favorite fabric collection was Prairie Paisley by Minick & Simpson.  This beautiful quilt was created by Ramona Fonnespeck.  She added fabrics from several other collections - I see Friendship for a Cause, Little Pink Stars, and Rouenneries Deux of French General.  Wonderful job combining fabric collections Ramona!  We love this quilt!

Nafeesa created this wonderful soft baby quilt with Cuddle Dimple Minky on the back. We love the soft Minky on our quilts too!  (Minky is a must for the Winters here in Northern Utah.)  This quilt includes fabrics from Remix by Ann Kelle, Mixmasters by Patrick Lose, and Apple of My Eye Herringbone by The Quilted Fish.  We love this mix of textures and prints!  Thank you Nafeesa for sharing your quilt with us!
Sandra pieced this strip quilt for a gift over the holidays.  I didn't get her permission to share it but I thought I would take a sisters's liberty and go ahead and share it with you!  The main print is Joel Dewberry's Aviary.   The coordinating fabrics are from Art Gallery's Summerlove and Vintage Modern by Bonnie and Camille.  Nice color combination and variation in patterns!  I love this quilt!

One of the patterns we carry in our shop is The Perfectly Imperfect Quilt.  This one has four different versions included. Flowers, Anchors, Pumpkins, and Gingerbread. It is another great design by Kim from Kimberbell Kids.  And no angle seams to match up!   Kim has some great patterns and we love this one!  Kim Christofferson created these wonderful quilts.  And Leisha quilted the them. You can find this pattern in the pattern section of our Etsy Shop. CLICK FOR LINK HERE

Bordered squares quilts have been really popular these past few years.  This quilt was pieced by Jennifer Casey.  She used the Circa 1934 fabric collection by Cosmo Cricket.  Charm packs are a perfect solution for these quilts.  You get a wonderful collection of prints with colors that already go together.   Jennifer we love the black framing of each print.  It really shows them off.

Are we done sharing?  Sad I know.  Keep the projects coming.  We love to see what you are creating.
We are snowed in here in Utah.  After a month of below freezing temperatures, a week long snow storm, today we are enjoying 37 degrees!  A HEAT WAVE!
Happy Sewing!

  1. Love these quilts, especially the flower version of the Perfectly Imperfect quilt. Not sure if I ever told you, but I've highlighted some fabric from you in a couple posts, even though I haven't used it in a quilt yet.

I used some tuxedo by Riley Blake fabric for the sash in this apron...

...and used some as the backdrop for these cupcakes...
